In order to use the Size Me Up! Slide-Chart, you have to measure yourself first.
Dr. Pechter's method of measuring has been found to be more effective in determining bra size in over 90% of the women that have used it. Grab a measuring tape and your slide chart and try it now:

Snugly wrap a tape measure around your chest just under your breasts, where your bra strap would usually be. Take note, then find the number in the ribcage measurement list.

Measure loosely across one breast from where it starts on the side of the chest to where it ends next to the breast bone, usually passing over the nipple. Small or firm breasts can be measured while standing but large or droopy breasts should be measured while lying down. Each breast may have a different measurement.

Next, position the arrow on the Slide-Chart under your Breast Width. Then, find your Bra Size directly across from your ribcage measurement.
